Coast Real Estate Services is a full service real estate firm, with 100% of our personnel and effort committed to manage the operations of each type of property in the portfolio.

Our portfolio is divided into several distinct groups:

* Multi-family (Market Rate and Affordable)
* Commercial & Office
* Medical Office
* Retail & Light Industrial

Each division is unique and operates within Coast with staff dedicated to and experienced in that particular property type. All divisions utilize the support departments within the company, including the accounting department, education and staff development department (Human Resources), maintenance division, compliance, risk management, and others.

In addition to our main office in Everett, Washington, we operate satellite offices throughout the region (Boise, Spokane, Portland) to service the Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest states.

Properties Coast manages consistently out-perform market norms. With approximately 10,000 multi-family units and 5,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial and office properties under management today, Coast has grown by bringing value to our customers. Last year alone, our portfolio generated over $12,000,000 in cash flow and appreciated value.

We compensate our Portfolio managers in a non-traditional way. Our structure keeps our Portfolio managers focused on meeting your goals for the property as they are rewarded for client satisfaction and retention, not account acquisition or sales.
